Riverside solutions offers shipping to international countries listed below. Please review our international order and shipping policies as shipping rates and other taxes may vary depending on the shipping country.

Note - For bulk or special orders, we can take up shipping to countries not listed above. Please kindly reach out to our support team on the number and email address listed below and we will be very happy to assist you.
International orders are shipped under International priority services with leading courier carriers
The delivery time is estimated to be 7-10 business days; however this might get extended based on customs process and may also vary depending on the destination country.
In case of multi-seller orders, all products will be first consolidated at a location within India and then dispatched to the International destination.
Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges
Orders shipped to addresses outside of India may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. The customer will have to bear any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may additionally be collected for when the package is delivered.

Dear Customer, if you’re considering a product return, please note the following:
All hand-woven and hand-crafted products on website - www.weaversdirect.in (an entity of Riverside Solutions Private Limited) are produced by weavers and artisans in villages mostly at their shops and homes.
Unevenness in weaves, prints, minor slubs in fabric and slight variation in colour are expected outcome of an authentic craft process. These variations are typical characteristics of any hand-crafted product and are not to be considered as damage or defective.
Riverside Solutions Private Limited is a marketplace and it’s sellers are mostly small master weavers, co-operatives and artisan entrepreneurs. As small businesses, while they strive hard to make and sell authentic handloom sarees to their customers, it is difficult for them to accept returns from customers as many times the products are not returned in original condition. For example a saree which is returned back in crumpled condition to the weaver cannot be resold again and is a huge loss for them.
Riverside Solutions accepts returns only if a wrong product or damaged product is delivered. Exchanged are encouraged only on case to case basis and having genuine reason for such request. The product needs to be in unused and unsoiled condition with original folds and price tag intact.
Customers wishing to return or exchange, must intimate email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product which is being returned or exchanged with supporting photos of the product mentioning the reason for return or exchange.
Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your request.
Customers need to fold & pack the product neatly in the package and courier the product to the seller.
Return pick up can be arranged by www.weaversdirect.in after confirmation of cancellation or it has to be shipped by the customer on case to case basis
Return pick up will be attempted 2 times only. Customer will need to ship the product back on the below address in case of failed attempts:

Some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to mail the product back to us.
Please note we do not offer return and exchange pick up facility for international orders. International orders are shipped centrally from Riverside Solutions Pvt Ltd’s warehouse in Mangalagiri after stringent quality check and this eliminates any quality or product related issues.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of products in good condition. It may take up to 3 weeks after the product is dispatched to the seller.
Riverside Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to deny refund in case of soiled or damaged products.
Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 01 day or before order shipment (whichever is earlier)

Please provide a valid reason for cancellation for us to consider your request. Cancellations are reviewed and accepted at the discretion of Riverside Solutions Pvt Ltd management.
